Looks like D.spatulata to me. I don't know D.tokaiensis personally so allenphoon's opinion could be better than mine.

Hi,

D.spatulata (spathulata is not the correct spelling) is easy to tell apart. It is a flat rosette with flattened petioles. D.capillaris and D.intermedia are not that easy but D.intermedia tends...

I was very fortunate to get some seed of this relatively new species from Bolivia and my plants are now more than one year old.

They like to grow in a wet medium composed of 1:1 quartz sand...
