why not try mounting on wood or fern bark for a change. I have the same problem in the past until i mount them on fern bark. I also fertilise them with mild orchid fertilizer once a week. Light...

how do you grow your phal ... do you grow them in pot, what media do you use, or they are mounted on wood/fern bark?), they are grown under nursery shade?

change your growing method and keep it in bright and shaded area, no direct sun.

because they are fed with hormones. I've sown some in open pot the same day and till now they are only 2 inches in height.

I turned the jar on the side and took a photo to show the developing...

I'll update when they are more grown up, and perhaps for further multiplication. I'm still at trial stage and unsure of the outcome, but it's worth trying.
